Our Storm Team from SERVPRO of Rockville-Olney Storm Team successfully restored dozens of homes in Plano, Texas last month when a freeze damaged thousands of properties. Pictured are air movers & other drying equipment that our crew was moving to another job site. Helping Texas dry out, one home at a time!

SERVPRO of Rockville-Olney honors our local police force by providing lunch for their officers & staff. SERVPRO team members made the pizza & salad delivery themselves, and were greatly appreciated by the police department. 

After a storm caused extensive damage to a large, commercial building, SERVPRO of Rockville-Olney and of Silver Spring North were chosen to restore various parts of this building. Much restoration and repairs were needed in the building's basement, on the roof, and on various levels. We are the area's trusted and reliable restoration company!

The furniture in a Rockville home appeared to be drowning in the floodwaters of their basement. Fortunately, we were able to remove the furnishings, drain the basement, followed by drying it completely to avoid potential mold growth. Our team members are experts in restoring furnishings, decorations, carpets, and much more after being damaged by water.

The accidental discharge of a fire suppression system covered the floors, shelves, and cases of bottles and food alike inside a gas station. It even made its way inside the refrigerated areas. We stepped in and removed all discharge, as well as ensuring the gas station was now sanitary and back intact. 

When we say we are "Faster to any size disaster," we really mean it! When a fire occurred in a condominium, it was a serious matter! A fleet of our vehicles arrived to scene at once! Look at the sea of green in the parking lot!

Imagine having to swim to class!

This middle school experienced a sewage backup, resulting in flooded hallways and classrooms. Sewage water not only put the building at risk for water damage, but also for biohazard-related issues. We took care of both issues for them and had students back in school at no time!

After smelling a musty odor, we were called to inspect this home. We discovered mold growth behind the kitchen cabinets. We completely remediated. Now the family can rest assure their home is mold-free- no more potential allergens or irritants in the air they breathe each day! 

A fire started in a garage. The space was quickly set ablaze, and most of the items were turned into ash and rubble. Through advanced fire damage restoration methods, we were able to make this catastrophe in the garage look "Like it never even happened."

A rainstorm caused water to gush inside a local synagogue. Water saturated the floors, causing large puddles and lots of damage to carpeting. Additionally, the rainwater made its way into closets, bathroom, etc., which soaked into the items stored away in these rooms. Proper water damage restoration methods had to be quickly executed to avoid further damage. 

After an electrical fire started inside a museum, local firefighters quickly arrived to put it out. While none of the artifacts in the museum were damaged (thankfully!), the breezeway and ceiling were, requiring restoration and cleanup. We are glad we can help the museum become ready for visitors once again. 

During a polar vortex, a pipe burst on the inside of a vacant, Rockville home. This impacted both the interior and exterior of the home. As water gushed out of the pipe, water began trickling down the siding of the home and freezing, creating ice sheets on the siding. It also caused a flood inside the home. We were able to come in and restore both the interior and exterior of the property.

A winter storm caused a flooding in a large, commercial building. The waters rose in the basement of the building, causing much damage to their storage areas and to the gym they had on site. Luckily, we were able to arrive quickly, extract the waters, dry the place up, and restore what was damaged!

A local condominium building suffered leaking pipes. We were quick to arrive on the scene. Our air movers injected air flow into wall and ceiling cavities to expedite the drying process. 

A Silver Spring home was affected by a winter storm, resulting in a shattered window. We arrived promptly to completely remove all broken glass and to board up the window to avoid the cold, winter air and snow from entering their home!

A school in Olney had a serious sewage backup, resulting in the floors of classrooms, bathrooms, and even the gymnasium to be covered in biohazardous waters. We quickly arrived on the scene to take care of the biohazard aspects of the catastrophe as well as to fix all water damage. It's a top priority of ours to keep students and teachers safe!

Snow on the roads? No problem! We don't let winter weather get in the way of our work. We are always on the move, 24/7, 365 days a year. We know emergencies happen regardless of weather conditions. That's why we are always ready and "Faster to any size disaster."  

A fire in an Olney home left the stairs leading up to the main floor quite damaged. Soot covered the steps and surrounding areas. We were able to restore the stairway through processes including soot removal and deodorization.

After a home in Montgomery County, Maryland caught on fire, we inspected and accessed the damage. Right after, we completed a board-up and tarp service to the areas which needed it. We then removed smoke and soot. After, we cleaned and repaired all damaged areas and restored the home!

The interior of a Rockville home was essentially left in ashes and soot after a house fire. We were able to come in a clean and repair the mess the fire left behind.

The Youth Leadership Foundation, located in Washington, D.C., gives the youth of the surrounding communities the opportunity to be mentored by a positive, adult role model. Through building a relationship, the youth of this foundation gain leadership and academic skills.
