Water Damage Inside Montgomery County Condominium

Exterior grading issues caused heavy rains from a passing storm to infiltrate a condominium in Montgomery County, MD. As always, we responded quickly and started emergency mitigation services. 

On this loss, the stormwater affected one whole bedroom.
