Water Damage from Pipe Burst at School in Montgomery County, MD
A pipe in the ceiling of the main entrance vestibule at a local school in Montgomery County burst, causing a water loss. The water seeped underneath the tiles, creating water damage that needed to be restored as soon as possible.
We removed the tile, completely dried the affected area, then installed new VCT (vinyl composition tile) flooring. Our Commercial Reconstruction Team had the school restored and repaired all in one day. This helped minimize all disruptions to normal, daily life as this area is frequently used by all students, faculty, and guests as it is the main entrance (this job took place before the pandemic closed schools down).
